Our restaurant "Eau de Cologne" invites you to enjoy our market-fresh bistro cuisine in a stylish atmosphere. Top-quality products will be prepared for you à la minute, for example:
- Lukewarm spinach salad with mild garlic dressing served with parmesan and pine nuts
- Marinated avocado with Greenland shrimps and our home-made gravadlax
- Fresh vegetables from the wok in coconut juice, served with basmati and wild rice
- Spaghettini with salmon & shrimps in a white wine sauce
- Tarte flambée from Alsace with tomato, mozzarella and basil pesto

Our kitchen is open from 11.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. every day. Our breakfast offer is valid from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. We are also available for events or wedding celebrations for up to 35 people.
