Instructions for Online Purchase of Vouchers

Follow the link "ONLINE-GUTSCHEINE"
Enter the desired number of vouchers under "ANZAHL".
Select the desired mode of dispatch under "VERSANDART". Please note that a German bank account is required for shipment by post ("Per Post"). With "Download/E-Mail" you are able to pay by credit card, regardless of location.
Now enter your address data. The order is:
- First name
- Surname
- E-mail
- Repeat e-mail
- Street and house number
- Postcode
- Town/city
- Telephone number (optional)
If "Download/E-Mail" has been selected as the mode of dispatch, you can now add a personal dedication and your own picture to each voucher using "Gutscheine gestalten". The operating controls are:
- „Eigenes Motiv“ = Your own picture
- „Vorschau“ = Preview
- „Fertig!“ = Done!
- „Widmung“ = Dedication
- „Motiv auswählen“ = Choose preset picture
Then select either "Zahlung per Lastschrift" (German bank account required) or "Zahlung per Kreditkarte" (carried out using PayPal)
Online vouchers can be downloaded immediately after payment and are also delivered by e-mail. Vouchers purchased by credit card are valid immediately; those bought by debiting a bank account are valid after five working days.
